The Ice Cream Academy is a comprehensive two day training program for making ice cream, gelato, soft serve, water ice and frozen beverages. This course is designed for those entrepreneurs who desire to enter into the frozen treat business as well as for seasoned store operators searching for new menu ideas. The experience will provide the knowledge required to confidently progress into the frozen treat business that will create a foundation of knowledge for the attendees.
