Bob Romarino has been in the industry since the mid 1970's. He is an expert in the industry and is also a certified refrigeration technician. Over the years he has helped hundreds of his customers start and grow their businesses. He has been giving seminars for many years and has been a speaker at the Successful Ice Cream Retailing Seminar for over 15 years. Bob has taught short courses and workshops at Penn State University and at the University of Florida. His overall knowledge of the industry and the training provided to his customers has been instrumental in helping them become successful frozen dessert shop owners.

For the last 25 years, Malcolm Stogo has been in the forefront in developing today's ice cream concepts leap years ahead of the industry. He is the author of Ice Cream & Frozen Desserts, co-author of Ice Cream Cakes, and author of a new book titled How To Succeed in the Incredible Ice Cream Business. He is President of Malcolm Stogo Associates, an international ice cream consulting firm, as well as founder of Ice Cream University, a seminar series and publishing company on ice cream production, and marketing and publisher of Batch Freezer News and Ice Cream Store News, two quarterly newsletters on everything one needs to know about ice cream production and marketing. In the 1980's, he co-owned Ice Cream Extravaganza (New York), the largest single frozen dessert operation ($1,500,000 in sales). He also invented the chocolate dipped waffle cone now being produced and sold all over the world.

Richard Love has over 45 years of business experience and over 30 years experience in the frozen treat industry. He has helped thousands of customers in Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania build thriving businesses. Being an expert in field he provides advice, consultation, design services, menu planning and market suggestions to his customers. The areas of Richards expertise includes soft serve, slush, smoothies, shakes, hard pack ice cream, Italian ice, ice cream cakes and novelties. Richard has a real passion to share his knowledge and expertise with you helping to insure your success in the frozen treat business.
